By accessing and using DevForge Toolkit (devforge-toolkit.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DevForge Toolkit provides a collection of web-based developer utility tools (the "Service"). The Service runs entirely inside the visitor's browser. We do not process, save, or store your inputs on any server.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results obtained from using our tools.

4. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that DevForge Toolkit and its creator (Pankaj) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Advertising and Third Party Links

The Service is advertising-supported, and we use Google AdSense to serve ads. The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by DevForge Toolkit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
